Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who believes that a healthy, active body leads to a happier, more vibrant life. After spending most of his teenage years playing video games and eating processed foods, he joined the track team in junior high and never looked back. From track to cross country, road biking to triathlons, Spartan Races and Hyrox, he loves to set new goals and challenges to stay motivated and active.
Since beginning his training and fitness career in 2011, Eric has served as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Training Manager, and Group Fitness Manager at New York Sports Club and Equinox gyms across the country . His passion for service and love of seeing people become their best self has seen him build and mentor large teams of fitness professionals in addition to coaching clients and leading classes.
Ericβs training philosophy is based upon creating personalized strength and conditioning programs that help establish and reinforce long-term habits for his clients. Whether youβre just starting out or hitting a plateau, he is dedicated to providing the steps to getting you the results you want.
